  • Pre-Training

    Pre-Training Group:  Ages 12 and under: A non-competitive program introducing athletes to the basics of competitive water polo, with a focus on developing fundamental skills that last a lifetime.  Requires an evaluation.  Bronze Level USAWP membership required.

    Ages 10 & Under: A competitive program designed to prepare athletes for year-round tournaments. Training includes conditioning, mechanics, and advanced techniques.  Tryout required for new athletes.  Gold Level USAWP membership required.

    Ages 12 & Under: Competitive training for boys, girls, and coed teams with an emphasis on conditioning, fundamentals, and advanced skills. Tryout required for new athletes.  Gold Level USAWP membership required.

  • 14U Girls

    Ages 14 & Under: A program with up to three tiers based on skill level, commitment, and sportsmanship. Athletes are expected to participate in all practices and tournaments.  Tryout required for new athletes.  Gold Level USAWP membership required.

  • 16U Girls

    Ages 16 & Under: Designed for athletes competing at the highest levels. Teams are divided into up to three tiers based on skill, commitment, and attitude. Full participation in practices and tournaments is mandatory.  Not available during high school water polo seasons.  Tryout required for new athletes.  Gold Level USAWP membership required.

  • 16U Boys

    Ages 16 & Under: Designed for athletes competing at the highest levels. Teams are divided into up to three tiers based on skill, commitment, and attitude. Team Selections
Team placement is determined by coaches’ recommendations, with teams divided into:

    •    Black: Top Competitive Team

    •    Red: Development Competitive Team

    •    White: Development Competitive Team

    •    Pre-Training Group: Non-Competitive
